The petitioner brings this petition to establish a report in an action of contract in which the trial justice found for the plaintiff.

In the basic action, the plaintiff in a single count on a count annexed sought to recover for goods sold and delivered.

The petitioner (defendant in the basic action) made no request for rulings of law and the trial justice made detailed and special findings of fact.
