MOTZ, District Judge.

Plaintiff Ronald W. Parkinson, former chief ultrasound technician at Anne Arun-del Medical Center, Inc. (“AAMC”) has sued the medical center for violating the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq. Parkinson also has brought common law claims of intentional infliction of emotional distress and invasion of privacy against AAMC and two of his former supervisors, Bonnie Poznan-ski and Cynthia Wilson. 1 The defendants have moved for summary judgment.
