This is an appeal from an action filed in the Circuit Court of Mobile County by appellants, Paul Trauner and Vernon Trauner, seeking declaratory relief and an in personam bill to quiet title. The controversy is based upon the rival claims of the Trauners and the appellees, Ernestine Higdon Lowrey and others claiming title through Lowrey Eastland, to the mineral rights to certain property located in Mobile County, Alabama.
