The appeal is from a decree in equity reforming a deed to real estate.
In June, 1924, Tina Bell King and her husband, G. C. King, executed a mortgage upon an improved lot in Anniston, to Susan N. McKIeroy to secure an indebtedness of $1,-500.
In September of tbe same year the Kings executed a deed conveying the same property to Louis R. Dishman, reciting, as part consideration, the assumption by the grantee of the mortgage debt held by Mrs. McKIeroy.
In March, 1930, Mrs. McKIeroy foreclosed her mortgage under the power of sale, the property selling for less than the amount of the mortgage debt.…
