Plaintiff Nydia Acosta sues defendants the United States Postal Service (“USPS”) and John E. Potter, as Postmaster General of the United States, for violation of a collective bargaining agreement (“CBA”) between the USPS and the American Postal Workers Union, AFL-CIO (“APWU”). Acosta sues defendant New York Metro Area Postal Union APWU, AFL-CIO (“Metro”) for breach of the duty of fair representation.
