This is a petition for review in the nature of an appeal from an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) affirming a Referee’s decision to deny unemployment compensation benefits.

George Schappe (Claimant) was employed as a truck driver by J. Marlin Ernst Trucking Company for a period of eight (8) months preceding his discharge on November 27, 1976. The Claimant filed an application for benefits which was denied by the Bureau of Employment Security (Bureau) on the basis that the discharge was due to willful misconduct as defined in Section 402(e)…
