Joseph Louis Barrow, defendant herein, was convicted of the crime of rape 1 in the Recorder’s Court in the City of Detroit before a jury on August 14 through 16, 1967, and sentenced to prison on August 30, 1967. Upon denial of motion for new trial, defendant appeals. Present appointed counsel on appeal did not represent defendant at trial.
