This action arises out of a business relationship between Plaintiff American Honda Motor Company, Inc. and Defendant Motorcycle Information Network, Inc. The Plaintiffs complaint sought declaratory relief (Doc. 1); however, the gravamen of the case is the Defendants’ amended counterclaim (Doc. 50).
