The appellant (defendant) was convicted of receiving a stolen motor vehicle moving in interstate commerce, having knowledge that the motor vehicle was stolen, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2313. The single issue presented upon this appeal is whether the evidence was suffi cient to support the conviction. The case was tried before a jury and upon proper instructions of the Court, the jury returned a verdict of guilty.
