The appellant, the Greenlee Foundry Company, a corporation, prosecutes this appeal from a final order and judgment of the superior court of Cook county in favor of the appellee, the Limits Industrial Railroad Company, a corporation, in an action of ejectment by which the appellant seeks to require the appellee to remove its railroad tracks from a portion of Fourteenth street, in the town of Cicero, in Cook county, Illinois.
