The Limits Industrial Railroad Company was incorporated on December 4, 1922, with a capital stock of $10,000, for the purpose of constructing a railroad from a point in the right of way of the Baltimore and Ohio Chicago Terminal Railroad Company about 730 feet to Forty-seventh avenue. It filed a petition in the superior court of Cook county for the condemnation1 for its right of way of a strip of land 17 feet wide, being 8.5 feet on each side of a line commencing at a point in the west line of the Baltimore and Ohio Chicago Terminal railroad 4.98 feet west of the center line of the main track…
