MEMORANDUM OPINION 1
MARY F. WALRATH, Bankruptcy Judge.
Before the Court is the Motion of Credit Lyonnais New York Branch (“CLNY”) for Summary Judgment on the Debtors’ Amended Objection to the Amended Proof of Claim of CLNY. For the reasons set forth below, we grant CLNY’s Motion and allow, in part, its claim in the amount of $2,294,647.
I. BACKGROUND
In March, 1997, Credit Lyonnais (Suisse) S.A. (“CLS”) loaned approximately $5 million to Mediaroma Roman Frum-son (“Mediaroma”) to finance the construction of a Planet Hollywood restaurant in Zurich, Switzerland. As security, CLS took mortgages on…
