MEMORANDUM OPINION ON TRUSTEE’S APPLICATION FOR ENTRY OF FINAL ORDERS AND DECREES CLOSING CHAPTER 11 CASES

Sandra A. Reese, is trustee (the “Trustee”) of the Xpedior Creditor Trust, a trust established in these Chapter 11 Bankruptcy cases by Plan confirmation. Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 350(a), Fed. R.
