WILLARD, District Judge.

Bulletin No. 65 of the Department of Agriculture, Bureau of Chemistry, entitled “Provisional Methods for the Analysis of Foods, adopted by the Association of Official Agricultural Chemists, November 14-16, 1901,” contains a statement by William Frear relating to the determination of the source of a vinegar, and gives some tests by which the genuineness of cider vinegar can be known.
