MEMORANDUM DECISION
GOETTEL, District Judge.
In this action, the plaintiff claims, inter alia, that the defendant Hamden Board of Education discriminated against her because of a physical disability by refusing to hire her and failed to accommodate her disability and also retaliated against her because of her complaints about discrimination.
