ORDER
BLOCK, District Judge.
By order dated April 26, 1996, the Court dismissed this action for failure to prosecute pursuant to Rule 41(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Plaintiffs moved to reopen the ease and to consolidate it with Butler v. Adelphi University, 94-CV-2062, and the Court referred this motion to Magistrate Judge Viktor V. Pohorelsky for a report and recommendation. The Court is in receipt of Judge Pohorelsky’s Report and Recommendation dated March 19, 1998 recommending that plaintiffs’ motion to reopen and motion to consolidate be denied.
