On the afternoon of January 8, 2013, Buckskin Realty (the “Debtor”) filed a voluntary petition for relief under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code (the “Petition”), which operated as a stay of actions against the Debtor, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(a).
