This case concerns the respective jurisdictions of the County and District Courts of Live Oak County over condemnation matters as affected by Art. 3269, Vernon’s Ann.Civ.Stats. The district court sustained pleas to the jurisdiction and abatement and dismissed this suit brought by Lower Nueces River Water Supply District for title and condemnation.
