DECISION AND JOURNAL ENTRY

{¶ 1} Appellant-plaintiff, Buddy Esters, appeals the judgment of the Summit County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment in favor of Appellee-defendant, Daimler Chrysler Corporation. We affirm.

{¶ 2} Appellant worked for Appellee from approximately 1964 through 1994. Appellant alleged that during that period he was exposed to asbestos and asbestos-containing products during the performance of his job.
