This is a venue action growing out of a controversy over the custody of an eleven year old boy.

*296Plaintiffs, C. C. Coody and wife, instituted this proceeding in Tarrant County, Texas against defendants, Margaret Ferguson and husband, Bud Ferguson, residents of Wichita County, Texas.
