Gregory Sage appeals from a summary judgment entered in favor of James R. Howard, M.D. We reverse and remand.

FACTUAL SUMMARY

Gregory Sage, at the age of thirty-nine, had surgery to replace his left hip in March of 2006. Following the hip replacement surgery, he experienced dislocation of the hip on several occasions. Sage could not recall all of the dislocations, but he remembered three occasions when his hip became dislocated while he was simply standing or sitting.
