This action is brought pursuant to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA”), 20 U.S.C. § 1401 et seq., seeking judicial review of the decision of a State Review Officer (“SRO”) regarding whether the individualized education program (“IEP”) adopted and implemented by the Webster Central School District (the “District”) provided sufficient services to S.P., a disabled student, during the 2006-07 school year.
