11 Kellye Deel filed a suspensive appeal from the trial court’s interlocutory judgment granting a motion to consolidate two pending lawsuits, which motion was filed by James R. Gibeault. 1 Because we may not exercise appellate jurisdiction in this matter, but may exercise discretionary supervisory jurisdiction over the matter, we convert Ms. Deel’s appeal to an application for supervisory writ, which application we grant.
