STATEMENT OF THE CASE

The relator, the Sewerage & Water Board of New Orleans (SWBNO), seeks review of an order granting the plaintiffs’ motions to transfer twenty-eight individual actions from various divisions of the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans (CDC) to Division C for consolidation with the instant case, Erin Boh v. James Industrial Contractors, et al. A hearing on the consolidation issue was held on May 8, 2003, and a judgment granting the motions was signed on June 2, 2003.
