This is an action in replev-in for the purpose of foreclosing certain mortgages, securing certain notes, given by the defendant, Frank Bowers, to the J. I. Case Threshing Machine Company, on a threshing machine separator, etc., and a second-hand engine.

The parties will be referred to as they appear in the trial of said cause; George F. Dusbabek, plaintiff in error, as plaintiff, and Frank Bowers, defendant in error, as defendant.
