Two appeals from the circuit court of Peoria county, No. 19169 and No. 19258, involving bituminous coal freight rates, have been consolidated for hearing. In No. 19258 a complaint was filed on August 30, 1924, by the W. A. Boley Ice Company and six other receivers of bituminous coal, who were engaged in marketing coal, with their principal offices in Peoria and Pekin, against the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company and a large number of railroad carriers engaged in the transportation of bituminous coal in intrastate commerce between Springfield and Lincoln as points of origin and Peoria and…
