This is a proceeding based upon the provisions of the Administrative Review Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1949, chap. 110, pars. 264-279, incl.,) to review the findings and the decision of the Bepartment of Registration and Education which, through its Birector, adopted the findings and recommendation of the Medical Examining Committee and revoked the license of George Franklin Smith to practice medicine in all of its branches in the State of Illinois.
