This is a case about alleged fraud in the sale and transfer of securities. After this court granted the defendants’ motion to dismiss the Corrected Amended Complaint (“CAC”) in part and allowed the plaintiffs to replead, the plaintiffs filed a Second Amended Complaint (“SAC”).
