This action was brought against the above-named defendants to recover the sum of $15,000 damages alleged to have been sustained by the plaintiff whilst an employee of the defendants, by reason of defective insulation of an electric wire caused by defendants’ negligence, and the negligent and careless placing of said wire, which electric wire was under the control of defendants in the building *49of defendants on which the plaintiff was employed as a carpenter; and for the further sum of $500 for expenses incurred by plaintiff for medical aid and medicine, and for his…
