On December 21, 1928, the complainant, Builder’s Bond & Mortgage Company, filed its bill to foreclose a trust déed dated September 1, 1926, executed by defendants John H. Biekley and Letta M. Bickley, his wife, given 'to secure the note of the defendants for $20,000, payable in instalments of $400 each for 23 months commencing January 1, 1927, and the balance due on December 31,1928, with interest at six per cent per annum, payable monthly on the whole amount remaining from time to time unpaid.
