Appellants, Steven J. Ochse and Shari Ochse (“the Ochses”), purchased residential property in Dorchester County from Appellees, William 0. Henry and Jessie Henry (“the Henrys”). The Ochses filed a “Complaint for Reformation and for Declaratory, Injunctive and Related Relief’ in the Circuit Court for Dorchester County against the Henrys regarding references in the deed concerning the ability of others to use the Ochses’ driveway.
