The plaintiff brought this action to recover damages for injuries to her automobile, claimed to have been due to the negligent operation of the defendant’s car. The latter filed a counterclaim for damages to his car, claimed to have been caused by the negligence of the plaintiff in the same accident. The case was tried to the jury on the issues raised by the complaint and counterclaim and a verdict rendered for the plaintiff, from which the defendant has appealed, assigning errors in the charge.
