NEILL, Associate Justice.
This is an action in the usual form of trespass to try title, brought by C. J. H. lilies and J. W. Hildebrand on the 23d day of September, 1886. On the 19th day of June, 1887, Virginia M. Hildebrand, as administratrix of. J. W. Hildebrand, deceased, joined in the suit as a party plaintiff.
The defendants, Rolf Frerichs, H. Balzen, Jr., H. B. Balzen and H. de Grote, plead not guilty, the statute limitations of three, five and ten years, and improvements in good faith. The cause was tried before a jury who returned a verdict for the defendants, upon which the judgment…
