Petree, Judge.
Plaintiff, George Howard, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas granting defendant’s motion for a directed verdict at the close of plaintiff’s opening statement. In this appeal, plaintiff maintains that the facts alleged in his opening statement adequately state a cause of action for intentional tort against his employer, Columbus Products Company.
