Lyle from an order overruling a *571motion to quash a special execution issued upon a judgment rendered in the circuit court of Jackson county, Missouri, in a proceeding therein for the condemnation of land in Kansas City for a parkway known as “Ward Parkway” under the power given by the charter of said city.
