BROADDUS, Judge.

This is an action for fraud and deceit. Plaintiff had a verdict and judgment for $3,889.68 actual and $3,000 punitive damages. Plaintiff, Linnie Acy, as administra-trix of the estate of Wesley Acy, her deceased husband, instituted this action. Wesley Acy died on June 5, 1951. The named defendants were Inland Security Company, N. P. Laughlin, George F. Kirshner and Eileen Cusack. At the close of the evidence the court sustained the motion of Eileen Cusack for a directed verdict, and later on set aside the verdict as to the defendant George F. Kirshner and entered judgment in…
