This is an appeal from a decree of the Orphans’ Court of Philadelphia County awarding a balance in the administrator’s account of John Rzedzianowski, also known as Jan Rzedzianowski, deceased, to his next of kin.

The decedent died on November .1, 193.7, unmarried and without issue, domiciled in Philadelphia, and letters of administration on his estate were granted by the Register of Wills of Philadelphia County on May 11, 1939.
