This testator died October 21, 1935, leaving a will dated February 9, 1935, in which he left a substantial residuary estate to his son, William W. Dickhart, Jr., in trust to pay the income to testator’s wife, Ann E. Dickhart, for life (she died November 18, 1940); upon her death to pay the income to his sons, William W. Dickhart, Jr. and Wallace H.
