After a stipulated bench trial, defendant, John H. Dean, was found guilty of two counts of residential burglary (720 ILCS 5/19 — 3(a) (West 2002)), one count of burglary (720 ILCS 5/19 — 1(a) (West 2002)), and one count of misdemeanor criminal damage to property (720 ILCS 5/21 — l(l)(a) (West 2002)). Thereafter, the trial court sentenced defendant to 60 months’ imprisonment.
