MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This case comes before the Court on Defendants’ motion to compel compliance with a subpoena relating to litigation in the Northern District of Ohio. The motion relates to Defendants’ subpoena of Shefsky & Froelich Ltd. (“Respondent”), a Chicago law firm. Respondent claims that an attorney-client privilege applies to a number of the subpoenaed documents, while Defendants argue that the privilege ended when Respondent’s corporate client went out of business.
