White, J.), rendered March 23, 2004, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of grand larceny in the second degree and practice of law by an attorney who has been disbarred, suspended or *422convicted of a felony (Judiciary Law § 486), and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to concurrent terms of 4 to 8 years and 1 year, respectively, unanimously affirmed.
