Plaintiff, Martin Sterenbuch, appeals the district court's judgment dismissing his claims for tortious interference with contracts, civil conspiracy, unjust enrichment, and constructive trust against defendants, E. Warren Goss, III, Lyle Smith, and Intercontinental Capital Management, LTD (ICM). Goss, Smith, and ICM eross-appeal the court's judgment dismissing their abuse of process counterclaim. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand with directions.
