Burlington Northern Railroad v. City of Superior

This is a review of a published decision of the court of appeals, Burlington Northern Railroad Co. v. City of Superior, Wisconsin, 153 Wis. 2d 206, 450 N.W.2d 486 (Ct. App. 1989), reversing an order of the circuit court for Douglas County, Douglas S. Moodie, Reserve Judge.
