Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Clinton County (Ryan, J.), rendered April 1, 2004, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and the traffic infractions of refusal of breath screening, failure to signal turn, failure to comply, failure to keep right and improper lane use.
