Appellant appeals from a money judgment in favor of the Appellee. Upon consideration of Appellee’s Motion for Summary Judgment, the trial court granted the motion and awarded the Appellee a judgment in the amount of $42,-984.53 plus interest of $9,703.74. The Appellant bases its appeal on its belief that the court was not capable of exercising jurisdiction over the Appellant and that the court erred in granting Summary Judgment to the Appellee where issues of material fact remained.
