This appeal is from the order of the District Court of Grant County overruling objections of plaintiffs in error (defendants below) to the report of commissioners in a condemnation proceeding wherein The Board of County Commissioners of Grant County (as relator, the State of Oklahoma being plaintiff below) sought to appropriate a .15 acre parcel of land at the northeast corner of the northeast quarter of section 23, T. 26 N., R. 6 W., I.
