The question presented on the motion for rehearing concerns whether the opened claim in this instance should be closed as scheduled or unscheduled.
The facts necessary to a determination of this issue are as set forth in the decision of State Compensation Fund v. Bunch, 23 Ariz.App. 173, 531 P.2d 549 (1975) but will be set forth herein for the convenience of the reader.
