Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Rensselaer County (Ceresia, J.), rendered December 14, 2011, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree.
Various law enforcement officials entered an apartment in the City of Troy, Rensselaer County, that was leased to Beauquisha Anderson, to conduct a search for persons suspected of having been involved in a homicide in New York City.
