MONTIEL, Judge.
The appellant was convicted of unlawfully possessing a shotgun with a barrel of *638less than 18 inches in length, in violation of § 13A-11-63, Code of Alabama 1975. He was sentenced to five years in prison. The appellant raises four issues on appeal.

The appellant first contends that § 13A-11-63 is unconstitutionally vague. He contends that § 13A-11-63 fails to define what constitutes a short-barreled shotgun and that the definition of short-barreled shotgun found in § 13A-ll-62(5) is arbitrary and capricious.
