ARNOLD, Circuit Judge.
Kathryn Trenary was injured in a car wreck in 1978. Unable to return to work, she applied for disability insurance benefits. Her application was denied. In the last eight years she has repeatedly sought administrative and judicial review of that denial. Mrs. Trenary’s case comes to us on appeal from the District Court’s 1 grant of summary judgment to Secretary Bowen on her claim.
